Before becoming an Egglad member or using this website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. This document sets forth the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") governing your use of the Site. The Terms and Conditions and Policy apply only to this Site and any other websites, products or services owned or operated by Globe7 HK Ltd, but do not apply to websites that are owned or operated by any third-parties, whether or not said websites are linked to the Site. Membership Registration
To use this Site, you must first register by providing the information requested on the Site.  Any submission of information to us through the Site, including registration,  is subject to the following guidelines and restrictions:
a. It may not contain URLs or links to any Internet Web sites (To advertise your company or Web site, contact our Sales department);
b. It may not contain copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright or have the owner's permission to post the copyrighted material);
c. It may not contain trade secrets (unless you own them or have the owner's permission to post them);
d. It may not contain material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights;
e. It may not contain material that is sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful;
f. It may not contain information that is known by you to be untrue, false or misleading or which does not fairly or accurately depict or describe the subject matter which is the subject of the information posted by you;
g. It may not present information which impersonates another person, whether living or dead, misstate the identity of any person, or misstate or mislead as to gender or age;
h. You may not solicit money, investments or make any offering of securities or investments;
i. You may not submit chain letters or pyramid schemes;

j. You may not submit opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise;

When the registration process is completed, you immediately activate an Egglad account and become a member of Egglad. Your membership entitles you to participate in games and activities on Egglad pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. To create and activate an account, you must select a login name, nickname and password. Your login name is your identity in Egglad, so you may not select a login name already taken by another user. Your login name and nickname cannot be indecent, offensive, or in any way that violates this Terms and Conditions. You must be over the age of 18 and we require all users registering accounts to indicate that they are over 18.
Security Rules and Prohibited Uses
To ensure the security of the Site and of Users, the following security rules govern your use:
a. Protect Your Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password, and you are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You are solely responsible for all activities in your account and for the security of your computer system. You may not reveal your password to other users. Egglad will not ask you to reveal your passwords. (If you forget your passwords, you can simply go to the homepage of Egglad.com and enter your registered email address in the text field of "Forgot Password". We will re-send you your password.)  We shall have no responsibility for loss or misused passwords or for unauthorized access occasioned by the foregoing.
b. Prohibited Uses:
(i) Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which the you are not authorized to access;
(ii) Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
(iii) Attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing";
(iv) Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services;
(v) Using the Site in any manner which violates any applicable law;
(vi) Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting;
(vii) Post, transmit, promote, or distribute illegal content;
(viii) Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another member or guest that is unwanted. This may include but not limited to sending unwanted messages or attacking others’ race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc.;
(ix) Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech is never tolerated;
(x) Attempt to obtain a password, other account information, or other private information from a member or any other user;
(xi) Post messages for any purpose other than personal communication, for instance, advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or make any commercial use of this Site or any services provided on or through the Site;
(xii) Violate any applicable laws, regulations and rules in your jurisdiction;

(xiii) Posting or communicating any player’s real-world personal information.

(xiv) Usage of abusive or revealing or vulgar picutres for profile picutre or in your pictures is strictly prohibited. Account with such pictures shall be blocked immediately.

Violation of these rules may result in civil or criminal liability in addition to the termination of your access rights. We will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Egglad harmless, including any and all reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, for any improper or illegal use of your account. This includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your account. Your account is at risk if you let someone use it inappropriately and your account in any of our services is subject to termination if you or anyone using your account violates these Terms and Conditions. If your account is terminated, you may not join Egglad again without our express permission. If you wish to rejoin the service, please contact [Email address]. We reserve the right to limit the number of accounts a user can register. The limit may change over time at our discretion.
Monitoring of Information
We do not assume any obligation to review the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness or content of any information submitted to the Site.  User assumes the risk of verifying the accuracy of information posted through independent investigation.  Notwithstanding, we may in our discretion review information submitted to the Site for any purpose whatsoever and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any information submitted to the Site for any reason whatsoever.
Rights to Information
You hereby grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use and display all information submitted by you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Accumulation & Redemption of Egglad Points
Egglad Points refer to the accumulated points when you play Egglad Games on or through the Site after becoming a member of Egglad. Egglad Points are different from the game score that you attain by playing a game itself.  Rather, Egglad Points are converted from the games you play based on a conversion system which standardizes different complexities and levels of skills different games are designed with.  Conversion of game points into Egglad points is done at the sole discretion of us. Today’s Egglad Points and your total Egglad Points are displayed in the scoreboard on Egglad.com after you have logged in.  Egglad Points may change at any time on a prospective basis.

Egglad Points are not transferable to any other person or entity, except when you participate in certain contests or activities expressly authorized by us, such as "Challenges", in which you agree to bet your Egglad Points against other Users.  Under no circumstances are Egglad Points convertible to cash and Egglad Points have no cash value. Egglad reserves the right to cancel the accumulating Egglad Points and terminate any account at its sole discretion.

When you participate in "Exchange Points" by redeeming your Eggs for daily lucky draw vouchers we give no garuantee that you will win Prize for the voucher you got. The cash prize you won will be sent to your Paypal account. You are required to give your Paypal account when asked by our support Team.

Pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, you may use your Egglad Points to purchase certain merchandise, receive a discount on certain merchandise, redeem gifts, and pay for rentals of games or other products as displayed on the Site. The amount of Egglad Points you must exchange for any of the items is displayed on the Site, and you are free to determine whether you want to redeem Egglad Points for any of these items, or hold your Egglad Points for. Items available for sale, redemption and rental are subject to inventory and availability, and also are subject to be removed or substituted without any prior notice.


You are not permitted to overdraw, borrow, sell, exchange or "transfer your Egglad Points to or from other Users. Any misuse or attempted misuse of Egglad Points, including violation of these Terms and Conditions, will result in immediate termination of Egglad membership and participation qualification, and cancellation of all accumulated Egglad Points. All your Egglad points (both Eggs and Chicks) in your account will be nullified if you dont login into Egglad website for 30 continuous days.
Online Shopping
All items available for sale/rent in the "Shop" section of the Site are supplied by third-party vendors contracted by us. WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ITEM PURCHASED OR RENTED, OR SERVICES OBTAINED, WITH EGGLAD POINTS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ITEM PURCHASED OR RENTED, OR SERVICES OBTAINED, WITH EGGLAD POINTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE, RENTAL, USE OR RECEIPT OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE USING YOUR EGGLAD POINTS.  You should check with each manufacturer or vendor of any item, product or service you seek using your Egglad Points to determine what, if any, warranties apply, as well as availability, and delivery, return and refund policies.  We also recommend that you fully investigate the item, product or service you seek to rent or purchase using your Egglad Points prior to purchase or rental.  Any and all refunds or claims in connection with any item, product or service purchased using Egglad Points must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of, or vendor providing, the item, product or service, and not to us. From time to time we may change our vendors and items without notice to you.

We will notify you at your registered email address as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order using your Egglad Points and will endeavor to send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Acceptance of order will take place when the product(s) or service(s) is/are dispatched to you by their respective vendor(s).

Delivery can be made to the following regions: [List of countries].  We take no responsibility for the delivery or receipt of any products or services ordered or purchased using Egglad Points.  Delivery of any product or service using Egglad Points is subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor providing said product or service, and any delivery service used to delivery the product or service.  Delivery charges, if any, are your sole responsibility.

Unless otherwise informed in writing, when a refund is arranged by the vendor and confirmed by us, your redeemed Egglad Points will be credited back to your Egglad account in a timely manner.

We endeavor to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described in the "Shop" section; however, we reserve our right to correct any description or price if we determine there are any errors or if the manufacturer or vendor changes its description or price.   We are not responsible for any errors in the description or price of any product or service listed on the Site.

Payment for shipping or for any balance owed on any product or service purchased using Egglad Points can be made by the method specified in the Payment section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

Online conduct should be guided by common sense and "netiquette". Laws in your jurisdiction shall may also govern your use of the Site. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior in connection with your use of the Site. You must also obey rules for use of third-party tools and games, and rules of any third-party service providers. We will terminate your use of Egglad and cooperate with law enforcement for illegal behavior.

Miscellaneous
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Jersey in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of the Terms and Conditions or Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of New Jersey.  If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.  Our failure to enforce any term or condition of the Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver thereof and shall not prevent its later enforcement.
